If you will do the same they might fit a bid deep as your pad may be countersunk correct.
So maby you should get the right ones instead.

About my rifle
It is a 1944 Long Branch. The scope on the pictures is a Wraver K3 I have converted so it looks like a no32 mk3
Today it have a scope no42 converted to no32 mk3 using Peter Laidlers instruction in the stinky noted.
The Rifel groups Mutch better then I were could dream about.

Well done on your rifle! Looks great and glad it shoots well too!
I never really intended to make my own as I have a set of original pads so I want to use as original as possible screws.
Thanks for your description tho! It may come in handy if I decide to make another repro sniper!
