Hi Kim, Do you know anything about the lens that goes into these parker hale fittings? I've got the holder and need a lens, a gent in the Uk who I got it from says one just 'goes darn the 'igh street' and the glasses makers will make one up real easy. Just wondering if you have any insights about this? cheers R

Regarding these colored filters, were the different colors for specific conditions or was a try it on the day and see?

If you are missing filters or lenses, I can put you in touch with a lens cutter. It goes without saying that the lens must be optical glass........

    filters

Finally remembered to look for my small cache of filters. I found several sizes and several colors.

John Sukey stated the colors and most all old fullbore shooters will have them.

Are you wanting just one filter for show-and-tell, or a whole set? Another question would be your location. Perhaps I could help.

Hi Corben1 and others, I've just been rereading this thread and didn't want to leave it hanging; I'm not sure if other members were looking for the filters, but my search at the moment is limited to seeking a lens for the eyepiece I've got, filters I have, even tho I'm not sure how to use them...thanks...
