Good trade? M1 Carbine for Garand (NEED RESPONSE SOON)

I don't think that carbine is showing bluing coming off, it looks like another spray on finish. Blue doesn't wear off like that. That's the last pic I refer to. Personally, I'd do the trade. The barrel of the rifle would need to be as good as the carbine for me though.

Agreed. Probably wouldn't hurt the value to remove that to get back to the Park underneath.
Now that I'm looking at the pics on my computer instead of phone, I'm with you, Jim.
OP, I'd take the Garand...and then trade it for a WWII era example. But that's just my preference, haha.
