I have had this rifle for years, it shoots very nice, but
I have a Isophore 2a1, 1965. But somene put a plastic stock on it, Does anyone know where I can find a original wood stock for mine, I can purchase to make it more original. I really enjoy shooting this rifle, but feel it would feel better to shoot it with real wood stocks.

hello all
I joined this forum some time back when I was in California but when I moved to North Dakota kind of lost my way.
I do have a few mil surplus rifles, haven't fired any in awhile but setting up a place to shoot on my property and redoing an old building as a shop for reloading and a place to work on my guns.
Winter will slow me down a bit, don't have heat in shop yet and it has been cold this last week.

TG Custom Shop new member
Hi, My name is Ron Turner. I have just joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I retired 4 years ago and have been working on guns as a hobby since retirement. I worked for several Gun Shops over the years part time. I was a Registered Nurse by profession. Recently I have decided to start manufacturing Aluminum Chassis for Mauser rifles. Hope to get some advice from some of you to help guide me through the process.
Thanks, Ron

Old Milsurp, new collector
Good afternoon from the PNW. I have a couple of old milsurps that I enjoy shooting. I'm more interested in any real information about my new Ross rifle. It seems to be a sporter in carbine length with military style front sight and missing rear sight. It IS a two lug bolt head, so not a 1910. It shoots great.

So, after losing my etiquette, I'm Paul Berkland. Good afternoon. I look forward to sharing the love of milsurps with some great folks. Thanks for having a great site,
Paul

Hello everyone!
I am currently working in the Highlands of Scotland and stumbled upon this forum whilst researching military issue telescopes as I am a proud owner of a MK2 Scout Telescope.
I look forward to learning more while reading from the wealth of knowledge in the library.
Cheers!
