A few years back I was very pleased to buy a BSA No.9 and set of Ross Rifle Co. bore gauges at the local flea market for $40. Never could track down the source of them though, to see if there was more of the same.

One can see the leather didn't do them any favours, but the center one does imply that Ross barrels were bang on .3030, at least at that point in time.
