    I am fairly sure that it was actually AJ Parker rather than Parker Hale (competitors) who made the M80

    Normally for any Mauser actioned rifle but different fittings were available.
    I believe they were actually designed to suit PH 7.62 target rifles (such as the 1200TX)

    Post a picture of what you have.

    This is an example showing the 'standard Mauser 'rounded action' mount.

    Mine are not the best, but they are not too bad. I can think of lots of Enfields I'd rather have but instead of constantly striving for more, sometimes it's good to be satisfied with what one has...
