My Christmas wish
Since the Milsurps library survived intact. It is a treasure that should be saved. Here is a crazy idea.
What if the Milsurps forum put the entire data base of the Milssurp Library on a disc or flash drive (Not sure what it is called) so it can be viewed on a home computer or screen. Way back when, the Original surplusrifle.com stuff was put on a disc so it is saved and cannot be lost. The Knowledge Library
sets can be sold at a profit to help maintain its photo host costs. The old issues of some publications like the Wisconsin Archaeologist have the entire 100 year set of journals on disc that they sell so all have access to old issues.
Any thoughts,? I would love to have it in some format to view especially if the library goes down. The Wis arch uses PDF copies on Digital USB Thumbdrives (2 at $40 each) I am not up on current drives.
Any thoughts on a way to save this so members can have a copy.
The loss of that information through photo loss or the forum going extinct would be bad. Too much effort and information would be lost.
Maybe just the ramblings of an old man....

That would be awesome. I would pay for that, and yearly updates.
