sounds like a good one. can't get your pics to come up though. your reciever is a S code subcontracted by (United Shoe Machinery Co.) the U.F.F. is actually U.E.F. for Underwood Elliot Fisher.

Sounds good to me also. How about a photo essay?

Sounds real nice. It doesn't look like the front sight has been filed down any. The .U. on the front of the sight is nice, not seen everyday in that location.

Go to photobucket, open an account and download all of them and then just post the link for the photobucket page for the Underwood. It is very easy, fast and free.

go look at these pics and tell me what you think

does any one know what markings on the mag would be correct?
what does the GU on the sear mean?
is it possible for an original rifle to have all the difrent markings
.U. , WU , GU, M-U , AU , S , U ,
it is in like new condition with the exception of a few dings in the stock
the bore is perfect and shiny with deep rifling. this makes me think it could have been redone at some point. What do you think?
it is common to have both dulite and parked parts on the same rifle.
thanks for your help
