Requesting advice on drawing archive accessible to everyone
Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere.
I have accumulated around 580 drawings (AID, SAID, DDE, RSAF etc See attached example) and would like to make this accessible to all but I'm unsure of the best way to do this. My hope is that everyone would be able to add their files to this archive.
My questions are..
Does such an online archive already exist?
Is an easily accessible archive desired?
What service is best suited for this?
Is there an index of drawing numbers with description?
Kris do you have a set of ht sniper pad drawings at all?

Speaking in general terms I think that you would have to be careful because the copyright holder, if there is one, may not want the drawing made publicly available, even an old drawing, but it would all depend on what it is. Just because an engineering drawing is old doesn't necessarily mean that the company that drew it or it's successor doesn't wan't it or does't still intend to make use of it.
