I previously posted about this quad rail system for which I found a NOS lower section.
As to date I have been unable to find the upper section. WTB the upper section if anyone has a spare or a hint as to where to obtain one for an M-16 A2 clone build.
Tried e-bay, Gunbroker etc.. with no success.
Emailed KAC this is the reply.
The M5 RAS are still planned to be produced to fill our current back orders we have. At this time our main focus right now is on uppers, rifles, and government contracts, so we are not sure when we will be releasing more of these. We would recommend getting on a waiting list with one of our authorized dealers.
Unfortunately, we do not have our dealers/distributors stock levels or lead times as there are many factors involved. To name a few, the number of orders that have been placed and where in line the orders are, the orders are worked in order received. Rest assured we are in full manufacturing mode; however, due to the current high demand we are unable to give you exact dates. Please contact your dealer for lead times.

Please note that the overwhelming majority of our M5 RAS production is currently allocated to commercial (non-government) contracts.
While I am a bit disappointed the components are not available individually the rapid and through reply is First Class customer service!
