    Swiss K11 Front Sight Loose

I just purchased a K11 online and didn't notice until I got home that the whole from sight was "loose". So... not the blade, but the whole front sight can moves. It move left, right and front and back. I have never seen this before.

My question is two fold. Has anyone see this before? and is this correctable?

I am sure I can remove the blade but I don't recall the base having a slot/screw hole under there. I will try and do some searches for a front sight to see what I find.

Yes there should be a screw underneath. Probably covered with century old dried grease?
