PS - The two slings in the eBay ads at the top of the page are good.

jjh,
There are many people looking for authentic M1
carbine slings on eBay and other places, but most for sale are reproductions and people here are wary because they want an authentic sling.
I've seen the slings you have had on eBay and they've all been authentic.
I hope this info will let people here know they're safe buying from you.
I also hope you'll get some fair prices for what you are selling jjh - I seem to me that there are so many fakes, many people bidding don't know an authentic item when they see one and it should sell for a premium over what all the fakes are selling for.
I know it costs a little more, but have you thought about using the "Buy it Know" feature?

The case you have on auction right now is interesting. I've read there were a lot of original surplus cases after the war and some companies stenciled deer scenes on them trying to enhance them to sell to hunters. I don't know a lot about this, but it looks to me like the case you have is one of them.
(Maybe someone with more knowledge about these will respond with more info)
