To buy a real one in anything but junk condition would be prohibitively expensive.

But no true Dragunov is inexpensive, especially due to the Russian & Chinese import restrictions in the US.

There are plenty of RPK based optically sighted sniping/marksman rifles such as the Romanian FPK and Yugoicon M.76 (in 8x57). They are fairly inexpensive in the US.
