AR-15 pricing
As I have aged I don't shoot as much anymore and rarely ever take my AR-15 out so was thinking of selling it. I know the prices on these have fallen from their inflated prices but was wondering what I might ask for it. It is a Windham Weaponry MPC with the M4 style barrel and telescoping stock and detachable carry handle in like new condition(only had it a couple years) since it is rarely fired. I looked at some of the retail prices for new ones but have not seen much on the value of used ones. Would like some opinions please.

I've not heard that name before, but that rig goes for $599.00 all day long in Alabama. Ruger, S&W, higher.
Even cheaper sometimes. I got one for $499, plus tax a few months ago. Now is not the best time to be selling.

Windham was started by the people that used to own Bushmaster years ago before they sold the company. They started up their own company using most of the same employees and in my opinion the product is much better than Bushmaster. Much better finish, fit etc. Around here new ars go from just about anybody go between 700 and 800. Thanks. The only reason I thought about selling is I don't ever use it anymore.

Your rifle is worth around $1,000.00 Canadian
new list price however you can get one on sale for around $820.00. As mentioned it is a tough time to sell any AR as the demanded has dropped off.
Your AR is a tier above many of the low cost guns available and made by a company that really cares about what they manufacture.
I can't suggest what would be a reasonable price but better to price it a little high hoping a buyer will understand the quality and be willing to pay that little extra for quality. Maybe check out the current retail price in your area and price it accordingly.
Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

Sad to say for you, but the AR15 is softer than it has been in 10 years. Complete kits less stripped lowers are going for $350 now (I just got one with a Bushmaster chrome lined barrel for my son, complete with carry handle, for $369. Even in the Peoples Republic of Kalifornistan, used ARs barely break $600 to $650 now. Windham makes a great product, but does not have the name recognition. If I were you, I would wait until well into the next panic to sell. You could probably get almost twice as much as you could now...

I have that exact rifle. Who ever ends up with it will if mine is any indication get a nice one. As to price I don't know what they are going for used but new they are still going for around $850 around here.
They are built about a 45 minute drive from me.

I agree with imarangemaster. Another "assault weapon" based panic is almost guarantied.
When is the question. Your rifle will be like gold when it does.
Proud bitter clinger and even more proud to be ranked among the deplorable's

That is a really big help. Thanks for that information! In my opinion mine certainly falls into the 98% range or no lower than the 95%
