I need firing pin, extractors, and ejector.

Firing pins EASY to make. Simply convert a No8 firing pin. Extractors VERY similar to No8 but, er......., different. EASY to make from a piece of mild steel plate - I think that it is a BS thickness. Only the tip is case hardened.

Ejector....... mmmmm wouldn't keep me awake at night. A simple to make two part item silver soldered/brazed together and made good if you ask me

Brian Dick (BDL Ltd) has some extractors, ejectors and bolt heads made ( the parts missing from those actions imported into the USA) I'm pretty sure he sold them all and said 'never again - it was a nightmare'

Worth a call - one set may have fallen down behind the work bench !!

I and at least one other forum member ordered parts from the initial production, sadly they never even made it out of the US as although they made it into the local Fed Ex depot they then disappeared, we suspect that some local employee had the package away thinking it was a complete gun and not just parts.
That was bad enough but we knew that it was only a part order that was dispatched with the extractors to follow so in theory all should not have been lost, after making several enquiries I was told that the guy who was supposed to be making them had taken up residence in the local bar and that we would not be receiving that part of the order either.
Having paid up front, and it was not cheap, for the parts & delivery it turned out to be a very expensive exercise for both myself and the other party involved.
Whilst things do go astray in the mail it was not until after the event that we were informed that the shipment had not been insured but then to be told that part of the money sent had been used to fund someone's drinking habit and there was no chance or getting any sort of refund even for the parts that had never been made left a really bad taste.
This was a very expensive lesson and I am now VERY cautious about paying for something before I see it, sadly it reflects badly on those who are 100% genuine which I am sure are the vast majority.

Lets set the record straight. The shipment of No.7 parts was sent by USPS Priority Mail, not FedEx and they will not insure anything going to the UK to this day. FedEx and UPS will not do licensed firearm or parts shipments, period. Those are the facts and the only other way would have been by airfreight which had never been needed up until these losses. After it happened, I specified to the clients air freight only and guess what, no one wanted to pay the costs involved. I sent many shipments, (including many rifles), to the UK by USPS prior to these losses along with a rifle that was also exported to GE Fulton at the same time. It's all so ridiculous and time consuming that I gave up my ITAR registration last year after 21 years and don't miss it a bit.

Who took up residence at a bar? Not me lol. I worked my arse off to uphold my end of the bargain. I felt so bad when the great guys i made the parts for didn’t get them. Totally sucks. Based on all the hours over a year and a half both me and the now deceased Andy worked we basically broke even and did it out of love for firearms and it’s community ie brotherhood.

And for the record my no 7 mk1 is still incomplete. All that work all those bolts and I can’t even get mine to go boom.
