Yes, I did. Wasn't much of an improvement. I think it's a pressure issue. I have tried jacketed and cast bullets, in the 100 grain range, over 2.8 grains of Bullseye. With the cast bullet loads, the cases extract easily. The jacketed bullet rounds stuck nearly every time. I think that the jacketed bullets, being harder, require more force to get started in the rifling. The pressure builds behind them until they start to move. The higher pressure causes the end of the case to flare to a larger diameter than the chamber. Remember that the cases are longer than the cylinder. The flared case doesn't want to come out of the chamber.

Just my theory on what's causing the hard extraction.

You guys seriously must have gotten some crap pieces. All I have to do it tip the revolver and spin the cylinder and they drop right out. Have yet to use the extraction pin on them. I use the current production privi ammo.

This is the funniest thing I've seen in a while. Mine equally hard to shoot. Let a buddy try it at the range after he was ribbing me about how bad a shot I was. He took aim at a steel plate in a row of five and hit the one on the far right. He was aiming at the one about 4 feet to the left. He's never joked about it again.
