Hi All: I am a new member that is old. I worked in the Springfield Armory in Springfield Mass. after High School classes , all day saturday, school vacation and Holidays as an inspector in the Garand Bolt Milling Department during 1944 and 1945. After graduation I was to be drafted,so I enlisted, and Army taught me how to use a Garand M1 and sent me overseas for 30 months. I was a Springfield 1903 collector and graduated to Garand M1's.

Hello all, I have enjoyed shooting all my life. While traditional black powder rifles are my favorites, I do love an old "Army" rifle. I look forward to visiting with y'all. Andy

Hi to all
Hi fellow history enthusiasts
I'm Jim and have collected and traded in historical firearms for over thirty years. That being said, I have mainly traded, which leads me to the current regret when I think of all the fine military weapons I have owned. I currently own only a few:
IBM M1 Carbine
Broomhandle Mauser (converted to 9mm)
P38
