Any of the 1903 variants.
My Garand, M1 carbines, Mauser, etc, are great fun too, and interesting, but I love shooting 1903's. They have a particular mystic, and they function so well to me.

I have M1903, M1 Garand, and an M1 carbine. All are fun to shoot. When I was a kid, I had a chance to shoot a BAR with my Dad. Haven't had the chance since but I would love to own one from that one experience. They're just a little too pricy now and the semiauto versions just don't appeal to me. With what they go for now, I'd have to hit the lotto.

At least you got to shoot one once Jim! What a treat!
(I'm waiting on the lotto too)

I used to favor the M1 Garand, but, would have to edge it out for my SVT40 Sniper, a little quicker for me to reload and connect with what ever is downrange. Mine was overhauled soup to nuts and I don't get the issues the other fellows seem to have with there SVT's. I could feed it the cat and it would fire it!-SDH

I really enjoy shooting all the US and British rifles of WWI and WWII, but I have to say my favorite of all is my 1941 Johnson. Very accurate and fun to shoot. Maybe I like it so much because it is unique in my collection. Its the only thing that I only have one of.
