Don't tell the Police, Ron. I actually cross the road up and down. At every about-face I take one step to the side and go back. So, my 70 metres are worth 10+10 metres, plus about 30-35 ups and downs... I did this to avoid the "trench" problem

Meanwhile, back in reality land, people keep dying for the same reasons as before.
“There are invisible rulers who control the destinies of millions. It is not generally realized to what extent the words and actions of our most influential public men are dictated by shrewd persons operating behind the scenes.”

    Edward Bernays, 1928

Much changes, much remains the same.

I heard the young drunks roaring in the forest next to my house last night at 2000 hrs, a few flashlights with them. I wanted to do a night patrol so badly...just a short one. No noise, no refuse...all would be quiet after.

Well, yes...but my own Dr said yesterday there might be a problem with some dentist' offices reopening as they have VERY high overhead. They rent all their specialized equipment. I had no idea but it does make sense. I was just speaking at that moment about normal small business. Royal Bank of Canadaicon sent correspondence out to me yesterday about "You must have lots of questions"... Actually I don't even have one. They spoke of mortgage payment deference until three months later, credit card interest deferment, skip three payments...on and on. So I'm starting to think maybe it WILL be June before we get back to it.

Went to the grocery store when it opened this AM to avoid people in general, nothing unusual for me...and they have done the one way isles there. I didn't notice and started up the wrong way with a woman a few yards away...her voice just about cracked and she spoke one line that should have taken about three sentences. All to effect my transgression...some of these people are SH!T scared yet she had no mask or gloves...

I think we may just get through this spell that we're in but people have to relax, focus. Steady up... Thing is when we leave this protective posture, even if it's December we're still going to have this virus moving around. Then it'll pick up and run again and blind side these people that are just taking precautions because they have been threatened. I take disinfecting precautions and have been for years after grocery shopping...just stand back and look at the type of people that are touching your uncovered food, reaching into bulk with bare hands... It'll turn your stomach.
    Regards, Jim

    I want to kill someone...
Now, let’s start the planning: would a SVT 40 Tokarev be good?
I found a few here in the vicinity...

I'd love to have an SVT-40 but can't afford one in the US, $1400 now. less than a third of that in Canadaicon I understand. Import rules put in place by some Democrat administration, not sure which one, and never removed.

Just found out today that the only two deaths in Center County to Covid-19 were not Covid-19 but called that to get payment. This is bull crap.
