    first post

Hi everyone, another newbie from Nevada excited to talk guns. Been collecting 20 years, mostly old stuff like .577-.450 Martini Henry, 45-70 Trapdoor, 30-40 krag, .303 Lee Metford, but some newer as well like the Lee Metford's great great grandson, the L42A1. I reload and shoot most all of 'em (trying to track down brass/load info for the Lee-Metford), and am thinking about selling the L42A1 to buy an M-1. Well, cheers everybody, Greg

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Greetings from Saskatoon!

Not new to firearms but relatively new to milsurps, also a CGN member.

    Cool Newbie

I am newbie to this forum. I have visited before and found the forum very useful with lots of good information. I thought now would be as good of a time as any to join.

I am sure I will have many questions to ask the professionals since I own a WWII Remington Rand pistol.

    Hello

I enjoy collecting and shooting all forms of surplus firearms. After bouncing from site to site, I found this one to be the most helpful / informative.
