Flying10uk, No one else here has any difficulty seeing you asking the same questions over and over so I suggest you go back and re-read the thread because I have lost patience and am wasting time on this. I like exchanging ideas, I like discussing things but there comes a point where it becomes pointless. Your questions have reached that point.

If you go back to post 1 and reread the thread again you will see that I have not asked the same question again. You and others have raised new points which I am entitled to reply to.
