It was one of those on-line estate sales. After it arrived, I went back and looked at the pictures and could see that it was indeed a short rifle.

I'm not sure, I have never look'ed for an importers mark. I got it from a C3 shooter who was in need of money to feed his Auto Rifle habbit in '02.
It is an all matching 1908 CG 41b. The most important thing is that it shoots. Every bit of steel is numbered.
