Help with identifying proof marks please.

These marks are on a Russianicon 91/30 PU sniper rifle, they appear to be proof marks but I am unable to identify which country of origin they are, any help would be appreciated, many thanks.

You've got me there Paul, the shield is reminiscent of Munich and I am sure I've seen the twin chevron markings before.

    Russian Arsenal or perhaps Finnishicon??

They look like Germanicon proof marks.

The Other mark next to RUSS is Frankonia Waffen Würzburg (FWW monogram). German Importer
