    Rock-ola week

I have a Import marked 6mil. Rock-ola, in a repo paratrooper stock. I took two other carbines beside the Rock-ola to the range a few days ago.
This 5-shot group is from the Rock-ola, 25yds. I realize luck was envolved with a little bit of skill. Little over 1/2 inch.

Do they a rifle range, say 100/200 yards? Nice 25 yard group. I would be interested in seeing what it can do reaching out a bit further.

Jim, can do 100yds, I do not have a proper size 100yd target. A good sight picture is a must at that range. Will post pics next time to the range.

I'm guessing it will be about 3" at 100 yards with that good at 25 yards.

Excellent! All you need is a couple of clicks left. Technically, that group extended out to 100 would still only be about 2", but given increased operator error at longer distance, you'll probably get 3"+ as they say. That is excellent targeting and shooting with a carbine. What ammo are you using?

The ammo came from "ammo to go". I believe it was made by D&S, Lake City brass, mixed years, 110 fmj, I do not know the brand name of the components. Bought in 06 I believe.

The first time I took my built up parts gun IBM to the range...I shot a five shot100 yd. 1 & 3/8ths inch group with Winchester white box ammo...I sent that target to the guy that built the carbine... The rest of the groups ran in the 3 inch range from that box.. That was about twelve years ago when I could still see ...Now I feel really happy if I get a 3 inch group once and a while with my best hand load.. Now that I think back on it.. I'll bet he didn't believe it.. I know I hardly can! He probably thought I meant 50yds...
