Any "Welbike" / Indian Papoose owners out there?

My brother, the family motorbike buff, (2 Vincents, BSA Gold Star, '26 Harley Peashooter, ex-works BMW "outfit" etc.) scored one of these dinky critters a while back.

We have found a bit of stuff on the net so far, but any "personal" experience with restoring them could be handy.
