    Reload assistance...

I was wondering if there is anyone in the Ottawa area that might be willing to give a re-load session to this rookie? With the recent issues with 7.62 and other milsurp ammo, I would like to reload, but I would like some guidance.

    Anyone willing?

If you can't find someone to walk you through it you might try this link:

It's a video of a fellow just going through all of the steps involved in loading a single spent cartridge into a full one.

He stresses that it isn't an instructional video, but it does serve to show the actual mechanical process which is helpfull for demystifying the process.

You'll find a few other videos as well, on the same page as that one. If you go over a few you should get a good idea of the sort of equiptment involved. Also, if you were to buy a set of LEE dies, they've got a pretty good walk-through manual included in them.

Check out the MILSURPS.COM YouTube Video Forum (click here).

There's currently 35 videos there in the Ammunition and Reloading (click here) public playlist, including the one Skippy mentions.

I notice there's several oriented to the beginner reloader, so it may be a good place to start.
