    Disposing of collection

Hi all, I'd like to introduce myself, names Al Parker from uPstate New York. I'm new to this forum but not new to old artifacts & their recovery. I'm passionate about it and make it my occupation. My father was also a civil war buff and collector. He passed away in 2004. My mom has recently decided to dispose of his firearms, many of which date back to the civil war era, and as my occupation is the recovery, preservation and placement of historical artifacts I am consigned to dispose of them.I've done some research on them but could use the expertise and input of others as my specialty is mainly period glass & stoneware.

Just wanted to give collectors a heads up in case you wanted to check them out, maybe add an item to your collection or correct me on any errors I may have made in the descriptions!

    Thankyou for your time,

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. diggerdirect,

Take the very best photos you can of each piece.
The clearer they are ...the better your chances.

    Good luck.
