    Romanian M69

This is my weekend pickup. Romanian M69 22 Training Rifle. I've been trying to get one of these for a couple of months. Either it sold too fast, wasn't in good shape, cost too much or was outright broken. This one was almost perfect in all categories. Has the cleaning/tool kit in the stock and has a sling, something I've never seen on another. Could just be an AK sling but it fits perfectly. Serial numbers match, clip is correct and original and no rust anywhere. The one fault is that the stock was cleaned. Original color was a dark brown and it still shows in the grooves. Haven't decided if I'm going to restore original color or not, I really like it the way it is. 1986 production so one of the later ones. Neat feature on these is the rear sight which has two additional flip up sights.
