we made a few
but not many at all they were an experiment/trails but it went bust .when I worked by Longbranch I had a customer who was positive he had a Canadian JC and since he used to work at LB I beleave him unfortunately I never saw it .He kept it at his hunting camp and wouldn't tell me how he got it .he gave me quite a few in the white and unfinished bits and pieces from LB including a neat row of Browning Hi-power front sights like a strip of sights an unfinished barrel coller for a sten a few FN bits and pieces all in the white or unfinished machining .

Canadian marked JC sight
The sight itself is BSA manufacture as supplied from England.

A decade ago i recall that when we would order a mk1 sight for a #4 Enfield in Cdn service we would receive the sights as you show above. I do not recall the C arrow on them mind you, and cannot say if they were purchsed in the era of the 90s from Brit surplus stocks, or whether they were in Cdn stock for the previous 50 years. I do recall them having the B on them, as initially I thought it might have been a LB.
