    Parker Hale PH5B usage question

Does anyone have a link to a users manual for the PH5B?

    I would like to know:
    a) how many MOA per click for elevation and windage?
    b) On the front of the sight, there is a knob that can be pulled out to slide the sight up/down in large elevation increments. How many MOA per increment?

    Thanks.
