Easily restoreable. WW2 sling is worth a bit... May be possible to graft a new forend on it and even use the old stock. I don't think I've ever seen a front band fitted to the forend of a sporterized rifle like that - that IS strange! There is a lot of external rust from being left dry for many years - probably came out of a WW2 vet estate at some point. Good luck on the barrel... you may be able to fix it with a hundred bucks worth of parts, throw in some elbow grease, and have a $600-700 rifle.

ya did good, all those parts you have will look good with that rifle in them.
and you have the correct band and bayonet lug.
