Samco No. 2 Mk IV
Anyone have one? Recent opinions etc.? I see no reference to them here or elsewhere. Seems Samco has had them listed for a while.

I think they're a bit "dodgy" as they say. Here's a link to an older thread.

Missed the first post regarding the advert, the top one in the advert, looks like a No1 MkV thats been converted ? regarding the Musket conversion I remember in the late 80,s that the Indian .410 SMLE shotguns were around £60, these were just rebored barrels and had no mag, think the mag well was plugged with wood.
Am sure they were in the guns review (thats going back a few years) or maybe I,ve had too many pints of the black stuff (it is St Patricks day)

Thanks Guys. I would love to have a .22 in the Enfield family but $600 is a lot for an iffy choice.
Some more thought is in order I suppose.

A wise choice Ingstrt, keep hold of the hard earned cash until the real Mcoy pops up, there was a similar thread this week regarding the .22 trainers (see link)

Now, if they were $300 .......

Haven't seen a US$300 No.2 Mk.IV in probaby 20 years. Even freshly imported in the 1980s they tended to be in the high 3s very quickly.
