    Mock M1A1 leather?

I have an M1A1icon stock project going on and want the GI/rebuild look leather. Can someone direct me to the process or materials (or both) on how to obtain such?
I could use some metal and wood pieces for my project as well. Trying to build a USGI stock over time.
    TIA.

Used stock pieces pop up on ebay from time to time. Somtimes reasonal. I do have a box of brass brake shoe rivets that work for replacing leather, but I do not have the proper rivet set.GK

How do the rivets look? You have a pic of some installed?
