Adjusting windage on AOC Pattern 1918 scope

Gday,

New owner of a No1Mk3 HT,
I’m coming up short on information about zeroing the windage on the scope, though from the searching I e done I’m lead to believe there is a tool that adjusts a prism at the front of the scope?

I’d appreciate any assistance.

I have some information on adjusting the windage on AOC Pattern 1918 scope. Also i have included a picture of an adjusting tool that came with one of my rifles. I doubt whether the tool is original but have used it and it worked fine. The tool is 23mm wide and the metal is 1.5mm thick.

Well done mate i have a aoc 1918 scope with rings(never issued) but no pads you would do well to get someone to scan/measure the pads and reproduce them .pm me if interested in helping out .

I do not know what the Australian military used but possibly similar to the original tool for the No3 T which the scope was copied from.

I had to go and have a look at a scope to jog the memory a bit.
The front sunshade unscrews apart at the rear where it steps down.
Once removed it exposes three tiny grub screws. Once you loosen them a bit it frees up the cell. From memory it didn’t require much force to move it. I noticed that I marked where it was to begin with with a marker.
