Similar sight. Anyone know the provenance? Notice the peening over the axis pin hole to tighten things up on the sight above.

So your the blighter that out bid me.

The base where the peening is, is Sam Peacocks Australian icon

patent 4806/05, which was modified again and registered in England icon

the following year 1906 as No.7994.
The top portion of the sight appears to be a variation of Robert Reardons 1907 patent 8152/07.
Feel free to sell it to me.
