Just bought my first carbine, please help me out.

As the thread states, I just bought my first carbine and would like to know any information you can give me about it.

I know the following, Underwood receiver flat bolt, late rear sight (shield H), early magazine button and safety, possibly underwood cartouche, blue sky barrel (no stamp damage), late curved magazine stamped J. So any specifics would be much appreciated and an approximate value. Maybe you want to buy it? I would like to trade for/towards a Garand. Thanks!

Edit: It came with 120 Rounds in stripper clips and another 160 or so rounds with neat old manufacturer box

Your carbine is an import from Korea. It went through at least one rebuild maybe more. That was when the rear sight, barrel band, stock and barrel were changed on it. Your stock was made for Inland. I would not be surprised if the Hanson ammo and carbine where bought at the same time at Woolworths as they to sold these by the barrel full in the mid 1980's.
