A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. I saw that scene. From the brief moment it showed the rifle and if I can remember right, the scope blocks didn't seem the same as the one on the Knowledge Libraryicon. They didn't seem to be as squared/block looking but were more rounded. But they still looked original. Maybe they used different type of mounts. Of course maybe my memory is off. Like to hear from others that saw it. Ray

When I first started watching the show I had trouble sticking with it. The story line seemed very slow to develop to me. After struggling through maybe three or four shows, I learned the characters and now try very hard not to miss the show. The cars and airplanes are worth watching alone, then there are guns, and girls and people smoking just like my childhood.

For you fellows that are interested it is on PBS. I don't know for certain, but, I thought I read somewhere that it is available as streaming video on the PBS website.
