Honorable Discharge folder.
Picked up a leather "wallet" that must have been issued discharged Vets from WWll. However, there is no discharge inside. Just a fold for the certificate and velvet to put your service awards on.
The strange thing about it is there is a set of 3 1/2 inch brass wings glued on the face. On those wings is an "O" with a "T" under it. Training Officer?
Any suggestions?

It took all of 5 seconds. Typed in 'ww2 us aircrew insignia' on Bing search and came up with a website listing all WWII aircrew insignia and badges. It is an USAAF 'Technical Observer' aircrew badge.
Too easy!
