    Those are quite sturdy little items. I've had one for years, long enough ago they were five or six bucks when I got mine, and it is still in quite serviceable condition. Their home page barely mentions it, but they work just as well with M14icon/M-1A. Good stuff.

    Mine are orange in color.

    Actually.........it was purchased for my M1Aicon.......but, it can be used with the M1 too.
