Liberals aren't mindless, they are progressing toward their goal.
Conservatives are letting them do so with little interference.

If I knew where some HXP was, I would be on it in a flash Apparently only the occasional bandoleer surfaces these days.
Went to the gun show last weekend and it was a waste of time. One thing noted was that the ammo guy was NOT sold out by the afternoon. I would guess the prices are getting a bit too much even for the desperate.
Fortunately the vickers can use 8mm, 7.62x54R, and .303. So when I take it out once in a great while, it gets fed the off brand stuff.

Something just clicked. The press said the guy had 30,000 "Bullets"!!!!!
Now just how dangerous are 30,000 bulets. Its not like he had 30,000 rounds of ammunition, just bullets. That must be true cause it was in the newspaper and we KNOW the press ALWAYS is accurate!

FYI. Bullets are considered ammunition in Massachusetts, as I noted in my previous post, and you need a permit to possess ammunition. Empty shell casings are considered ammunition also.

If you read the Chicago code carefully, those bullets are considered a firearm and he could have been arrested for 30k counts of possession of an unregistered weapon there.
Of course if he were already a previously convicted felon, Chicago code wouldn't apply (due to 5th Amendment protections) since convicted felons aren't allowed to register.
