    Hey, All,

I'm new to this forum, but interested in what I can learn from everyone here. I recently acquired an M1icon Garand (CMPicon), and should receive a Mosin nagant M44 in the next few days. I do more shooting than collecting, but really like the military Surplus rifles.

Hello all, newbie to this forum and to Enfields. I've been collecting mostly WWII rifles and 1911 pistols and just purchased a beautiful No1MkIII and will be posting pics. I've gained a little knowledge about these rifles but any comments are welcome.

    Sincerely,
    Jason

    Hello Fellow Collectors:

I just found out about this forum and decided to join up. I have been collecting for 50 years now, and am a former Marine 1972-1978. I enjoy M-1 carbines and my favorite rifle of all time--the M-14, which I was issued and carried until I couldn't anymore. I look forward to being in the forum and learning new things, while making new friends...............Sgt Stryker

    Hello All,

I'm a new member and just bought my first M1icon Carbine. I've identified all of the parts except the stock. It's marked DLE in the sling well. I purchased Riesch' 6th edition, but haven't been able to find a reference to this mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    Talking another Newbie says hello

Hi yall, I'm new at this Milsurp collecting but I've been a fan of firearms (read gun nut) most of my life. I've started my collecting with 2 Mosin Nagant 91/30's and a Swissicon Schmidt Rubin K31. I want to start reloading for these rifles but I also have a need to reload .40 S&W and the 9mm Mak. I'm looking at the Lee brand stuff but I don't know which model to get but I like the idea of either the turrent or the progressive. What would yall recommend?

    New Member Intro Thread

Hi, folks. It has been brought to my attention that I have never posted on this forum. I guess I'm a quiet sort. I have been interested in milsurps for many years, primarily Mausers. It is a complex and very satisfying interest, and I am amazed at the quantity and quality of information available on this and other forums. I'll try to throw my 2 cents in more often, best regards to all.
    Mike
