    New to this forum

Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum and can't wait to get some good info and talk to knowledgeable folks. I started buying military rifles about 10 years ago, and I'm sure will own more. I'm not that much of a purist, although I certainly appreciate and revere the charm and nostalgia in many of these classic pieces of work. I'm currently deployed, but will return home soon and if I can figure out how to attach photos, I'll put up a few pics of my toys.

Looking forward to talking to some folks!

I've been collecting for 10 + years but have only recently been interested in vintage military. I love Garands, Carbines, 1911a1's, & P38's. Most recently Garands and Carbines. I love brass & bullets. Feel free to message me anytime. I'm quite knowledgeable about 1911a1's.
    Thanks

New guy from Alpharetta GA, have been collecting about 15 years. Tastes range all over the map, but I always seem to come back to milsurps. Pretty much my only rule is I have to be able to shoot 'em. No need for any safe queens here. Love to get my hands on the history. I regret every gun that I have ever sold away, but I love the next purchase.

As you can tell from my username I like mausers, can't own enoughof them. I also like most military bolt action rifles. Like to buy them and then reload for them to make them shoot a little better. Just need more money to buy more rifles and what the heck handguns too.
I am an instructor for Manitoba Hunter Education as well as the Canadianicon Firearms Safety Course Restricted and Non-Restricted. Love to hunt and love to shoot, enough said

    Hello all!

    Hey Guys,

Im new here with not much experience. I am hoping to learn alot here with everyone and share what I learn with others I know. I am getting into collecting rifles and have decided to kick of my WW2 collection with an M1icon Carbine. I have always liked these carbines for some reason and now its time to start off the collecting! Unfortunatley, I have jumped the gun and bid on one on Gunbroker, later coming across a thread after I bid on it saying my seller is "ripping people off". Hope its over the price and not fake goods! Anyway, Im happy to be here and am open to all kinds of advice from all you experts! Thanks!!!
