    New from Minnesota

    Hello,
I am new to this forum, I am very interested in U.S. military firearms and bayonets.
I have a Smith Corona 03-a3 1944 that my dad got in the 60's
Also a Springfield M1icon garand and an Inland M1 carbine and a Colt AR15-A4 and original bayonets for all. This looks like my kind of site.

Greeting to all, I am a collector/shooter. Meaning I won't collect anything I cannot shoot. I'm basically a paper puncher but I have more enjoyment pulling the old brown guns out at the range while everyone else is shooting the black guns. I also reload everything I shoot. My little group includes Enfield No 4 Mk1, M1icon Garand, 1903a3, Mosin 91/30, Swede Mauser M96/m38, and a Swissicon K-31. Not entirely all Mil Surp I also collect 3rd gen S&W semi autos.

    Hello all,

Just joined . My present interest is in the Swedishicon Mauser 6.5X55.I have a 96 and m38 . Very impressed with the accuracy of the 96 and have good exceptions for the m38 although the bore and condition are not quite as nice.

Look forward to all the information I can get from the post of other members.

    Thanks,

    Leeky

    Good Day to all,

I have been a collector since 1981. I specialize on collecting small arms that be used by the three services in Canadaicon (Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army and Royal Canadian Air Force) since 1900 up to now. My oldest weapon is a SMLE MK III* with Canadian Broad Arrow marking and the latest is a C7A2 (semi-auto only lower receiver made by Diemaco).

    Hello Everyone

This is my first post on any shooting forum which kind of says that my main interests are service rifle shooting and reloading, mainly for WWII era guns and some newer. I live on Long Island which is a tough area to own guns, especially "ASSAULT" weapons. I feel fortunate for those that I have and am a member of one of the few clubs that have 200 yd positions. I've been shooting since I was 15 (earlier if you consider toys too) but can see from reading some of the posts here that I still have much to learn.

    Hello from holland

    Hello fellow Mauser lovers,

My name is Mike,I'm 32 years old and I live in Holland.

I bought a 1941 contract Mauser, and maybe you guys can help me out with it?

It's numberd H 1313. It has no Portugese marking on the stock, but a Waa135 stamp on the other side.As far I can see it is all matchting. It has a lot of dings, dangs and scratches if you look at it closely,so it looks war issued. It does not seem to be sanded or refinished. Has the German HEGE logo with a few approval stamps. In Germanyicon there is actually a law that every military issued rifle that a person wants to use for sports or hunting has to have the gun officially re-examined and HEGE is one of the company's tho does that. No import markings. Iv'e bein told that early H numbers where never send to Portugual, but where used by the Whermacht. Can someone confirm this? And that about the failing Port crest in the stock? I've seen more of those online, but it seems strange.

    Howdy

Good forum, always interested in military weaponry. Looking to purchase a 1903a3 and found this wonderful site. Grateful to have "stumbled" upon it.

    New to the forum

    Hi folks, Steve here.
I'm retired now but was the Army/Army reserve for 30+ years. I've been collecting since about 1962. Currently interested in reloading for 11mm Gras and the 11mm Mauser. Any information on where to find .348 win brass would be most appreciated!
I also reload for many other more modern military rifles

    Steve

    Introduction

Hello , been shooting for years and have just started gearing my collection to WWII firearms. I am refurbishing a BUBBA'd No.4 Mark II and I am waiting the delivery of a converted auto Enfield Bren gun.
