A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Hello!
I'm a new member, living so far, in Brazilianicon deep south, near Uruguaian border. I work as a colon and rectal surgeon, and I did collect blades since early years, now, with 52 yo, starting my gun collection (with all licenses), with high dificult because brazilian laws are not easy. But I'm still studying guns history and all and I find this forum that it's the best I read things about guns in web.
Thank you very much for been accepted, and sorry for any english errors!

    Cheers,

    Hallex.'.

    Hi
My name is Matt. I'm in the Western Cape, South Africa. I have a interest in classic firearms. Main interest is in the restoring/conserving side. Looking out for a nice Lee-Enfield No.4 or No.1 at the moment and a Martini Henry rifle.

    Thanks

    Hi from Sydney, Australia

    Hi All,
I have been aware of the milsurps website for a while but I just bought a copy of a Roger Wadham's book on accurizing the LE and he recommended joining, so here I am.
I have an interest in Lee Enfields though I have yet to acquire one. But, in anticipation, I thought I should do my research.
Looking forward to gaining lots of useful knowledge from you all - and hopefully contribute something myself!
    All the best.
    Bob
