A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. 1903A3 new owner here

Hello, I just acquired a Remington 1903A3. Let me introduce myself. I'm a retired service member. I served 8 years in the Marine Corps, then 13 years in the Army National Guard as a Master Recruiter. I'm very familiar with the 1903 as a Cadet in Navy JROTC using it for the Drill Team for 4 years. It was a rifle that I wanted to have in my collection for a long time. I recently was given the chance to own this fine rifle from another collector of 1903's.

    Ross Rifles

    Good Afternoon,
I grew up hunting and fishing in South East BC.
I recently joined this group to to learn a bit more about some older military rifles. In particular I am interested in Ross rifles.

    Cheers

    New member, old retired guy.

I just found this forum yesterday (and after having to get help from Doug registering) just signed up this morning. I've been shooting for over 60 years, bought my first surplus rifle at 13 (an 1891 Argentineicon Mauser for $13.00), have been reloading for 43 years, collecting most my life (buying, using, and then selling for something else) and have had more milsurps than the average guy pass through my hands. I really enjoy firearms and I'm sure this will be a nice place to hang out.
