    Thumbs up New member

    Hi guys,

I have been very interested in military rifles for the last 40 years and my first rifle a mosin model 91 that I paid $7.00 for. I don't have that rifle any more but have become very interested in the M1icon Garrand, 1903 springfield, K31 Swissicon, No.4 Mk1* and 1896 Swede. From what I see of this forum it appears I am in good company.

    Hi folks,

I am just easing back into collecting -- just bought one of those Long Branch .303 No.4 MK1*'s that are coming in through CAI. I'd forgotten how much fun spreading ancient grease all over the house is. Of course, my wife does not seem to share the enjoyment quite so much. :-)

I used to buy a lot of old surplus rifles 10 years ago, but rarely held onto one for more than a month or two -- Swedes, Enfields, SKS's and so many others were very cheap back then. I see everything is more expensive now.

    Anyway, see y'all around.
