    The re-enactors

The weather should be ideal this weekend. This is one of the largest air shows in the country, and you'll see almost all of the great warplanes from World War II, along with enough re-enactors and weapons to conquer western Europe in about three days, including lunch breaks.

    Regards,

I think you'll find it very satisfying

    Tom,
I took it last June and found it just a thrill and a half. The photo shows my son standing next to the flight engineer just before my flight.

You can move everywhere in the B-17, except into the tail position and belly turret

If you slip them a few extra dollars, maybe they'll let you fire these as you circle over Reading.

    Have fun!

I can't wait, I'm like a kid on Christmas Eve. I know I'll enjoy the whole day, but that ride...

I'd slip 'em some extra, but methinks I'd be getting ripped off. I noticed little holes in that ammo.

There are many planes I can't identify

This is one of them. There are so many things to photograph, it's a choice between taking lots of photos or taking fewer but getting the details on them. I chose to shoot lots.

The re-enactors do a wonderful job of bringing things to life

It's encouraging to see parents bringing their children, to see and touch some of the things that are a vital part of American history. I credit the re-enactors with doing a superb job that involves meticulous planning, lugging lots of gear and wearing uniforms that can be ungodly hot at some of these shows.

    Great folks!
