    Rear sight for 40X-B

I have a 40X-B that needs a rear sight. I may enter some local matches but no serious target shooting. I have a Redfield Olympic front sight on the rifle. If you were to choose between a Redfield Olympic, International or Palma or a Lyman 90MJT, which would you choose?

A Collector's View - The SMLE Short Magazine Lee Enfield 1903-1989. It is 300 8.5x11 inch pages with 1,000+ photo’s, most in color, and each book is serial-numbered. Covering the SMLE from 1903 to the end of production in India in 1989 it looks at how each model differs and manufacturer differences from a collecting point of view along with the major accessories that could be attached to the rifle. Good advice. Great sight, but can get expensive. Big Larry

My US M52-D has Internationals as does my USMC 40X. My M52-C and 40XB have Olympics and I have no sights for my 40X standard. My H&R M12 has the Palmas. Big Larry

I would recommend getting one of the Palmas from the CMPicon. They use the same apertures as the European sights.
