    Markings on HRA receiver Leg

Have a CMPicon HRA SN 5695XXXX with: Lead 6-65 scrolled on the right receiver leg. What is significance? Rifle is mint w/ 10-55 HRA barrel which I believe is original, correct bolt and op. rod. and proper other parts almost; it has a new SA trigger group except for the hammer which is HRA and a early gas cyl. lock. Barrel measures a tad over 1 at the muzzle and a throat of 2. Stock is of Birch and I think HRA, very nice rifle. Bit over 2 inches off the bench with a 11 mph plus wind. Thanks in advance for any info.

Lets see if I remember hjow to post a pic. LEtterkenny Army Depot (LEAD)I think. Often times the receiver and some of the parts will have a distinctive silver grey finish.
