CMP .22 Target rifles

CMP is currently offering two .22 Target rifles for sale. I'd be interested in comments from anyone who has purchased a Kimber M82 or H&R M12 from CMP.
The H&R, at US $225, comes without sights and sling swivels. Does anyone know which sights were original equipment?
